Sub Catchment

Warning

This node is currently under testing

The scenario tool uses sub catchments to combine streams of several lots to a catchment. For example sub catchments can be be used to represent stormwater catchments or district metering zones of the potable water network. Sub catchments combine the flow of one particular stream in a spatial region. The sub catchment regions don’t need to align. uwc_sub_catchment_streams lists the default sub catchments defined in the scenario-tool.

A sub catchment is defined by the spatial region and its connected steam. The selected stream of Lots within the region will be connected to sub catchment.

Note

To be able to connect flow at sub catchment level ensure that the lot scale flow routed correctly. Otherwise the flow will be 0 Eg. for a purple pipe redirect non-potable and outdoor demand to non potable demand.

Note

The sub catchment id is a crucial import parameter to defined sub catchment scale storges. The id be be identified after the model run in the dash board.
